- ท้องแข็ง 4 ครั้งใน 20 นาที หรือ 8 ครั้งใน 1 ชั่วโมง แม้นอนพักแล้ว
- มีเลือดออกทางช่องคลอด
- มีน้ำใส ๆ ไหลออกมาเอง ควบคุมไม่ได้ (น้ำเดิน)
- ลูกดิ้นน้อยลง หรือไม่ดิ้น
- ปวดท้องรุนแรงไม่หาย
- รู้สึกถ่วงลงช่องคลอดมาก เหมือนอยากเบ่ง
- ปวดศีรษะรุนแรง ตาพร่ามัว หรือจุกแน่นใต้ลิ้นปี่
- มีไข้สูง หนาวสั่น
- 4 contractions in 20 minutes or 8 in 1 hour, even after resting
- Bleeding from the vagina
- Clear fluid gushing or leaking that you can’t control (waters breaking)
- Your baby moves less than usual, or not at all
- Severe belly pain that doesn’t go away
- Strong pressure down below, as if you need to push
- Severe headache, blurred vision or pain under the ribs
- High fever or shivering
